BA in Child Development: Connecticut College, New London,USA.
MA in Psychotherapy: Regent’s College, London.
Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition: College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM), London.
I have worked with children, families and individual adults in various settings from nurseries and schools, to the NHS, CNM supervised clinics and my own private practice in Ealing, West London.
My Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and ND (Natural Doctor) brought together my previous knowledge and experience to enlighten my naturopathic protocols.
I help a wide range of individuals, from those who want to integrate more vegetables, whole foods and other healthy dietary habits, to those who want to (re)learn how to be active and engaged, to those who have more specific medical conditions.
It was a revelation to see in practice how many developmental and mental health issues can be actively supported by naturopathic and nutritional interventions, that the talking cure is one aspect of promoting health, but not the sole solution. In practice, I now rely on a wide range of interventions from B vitamins, Magnesium, lactobacillus rhamnosus, Ashwaganda to walking in nature amongst many naturopathic nutritional interventions combined with regular coaching practices like goal setting, barrier busting to support mental wellness.
I aim to uphold the highest standards of integrity, knowledge, competence and professional practice to best promote my client’s interest and the high standards of the field of naturopathic nutrition. I also stay abreast with current research and bring it back to my practice to help each and every client.
