Personalised health programs:

In order for me to understand your current situation, health issues and goals and to devise and implement an individualised nutritional and lifestyle plan, consider supplements and possible clinical testing, we will need to work together over a period of time.

A ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to help you.  The length of your programme will depend on your current status and what you want to achieve but will usually start with an initial 12 week block.

A Health programme will typically involve the following elements and include fortnightly or weekly support to help you to implement the recommendations

All packages will include:    

  •     An initial personal consultation - 1.5 hours

  •     Follow up weekly consultations - either face to face or remotely - 45-60 mins

  •     Mini progress review calls -15 mins

  •     In depth health and lifestyle assessment to consider:

symptoms, medical and family history, lifestyle and stress

  •     Personalised nutrition and lifestyle advice and supplement plan 

  •     Analysis of current medical and nutrient interactions if applicable

  •     Recommendations on clinical tests and interpretation

  •     Personal regular and integrated coaching to support new lifestyle/diet

  •     Email and text support (regular informational handouts, recipes and specific interventions)

I can also be contacted for special family based work when more than one family member is implicated, the rates for these consultations will vary depending on medical issues and other circumstances, do not hesitate to contact me if that is something you are considering
